RaisePage provides a platform for customers to create fundraising landing pages and process donations using Stripe. There are currently no age or regional restrictions on who can use RaisePage.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their fundraising pages comply with applicable laws and regulations. RaisePage is not responsible for any content posted by customers. Customers are also responsible for any wrongdoings related to their campaigns.
Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
All payment processing is handled by Stripe. RaisePage charges flat-rate service fees as of now, but may conduct A/B testing with percentage-based fees or tipping models. Customers are responsible for covering Stripe's processing fees.
RaisePage disclaims liability for the accuracy or legality of fundraising pages. RaisePage is not responsible for ensuring the success of any fundraising campaigns. Customers use RaisePage at their own risk, and all services are provided "as is".
RaisePage reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts or access to its services if a customer violates the Terms of Use. RaisePage also reserves the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.
These Terms of Use will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. All disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Austin, Texas, United States.
